Inspirational Vinyasa Yoga is an education into the basic physiology of your wellbeing. Every class begins with of an inspiring mindful theme like “Trust” or “Letting Go,” that is carefully woven into the physical sequential flow of yoga postures (asana) to create a self-reflective moving meditation. This practice is both ideal for those interested in cultivating a flexible, strong, balanced and rejuvenated body as well as inner peace and self-actualization.

I call it “Inspirational” because every class will leave

Physical Education of movements, gestures and postures (Asana):

Builds essential core strength, flexibility, relaxation, vitality and balance.

Mental Health Practice of Mindfulness Meditation (Dhyana):

Builds mental clarity and focus to alleviate ADD, stress, depression, anxiety, worry and doubt. Cultivates inner peace, self-acceptance and accesses the Alpha brain state of relaxation and creativity.

Basic Breathing For Mental, Physical, and Emotional Wellbeing (Pranayama):

Builds the awareness and understanding of being present, relaxed and focused.
