Exploration. These are magnolia and cherry seeds. As bright red as a fire engine. As if each has an emergent emergency, an sos prayer for planting and growing in days to come.

We are outside practicing yoga this Monday afternoon in the sun @morrisarboretum - 5:15-6:15pm and Tuesday evening 7-8 pm indoors at Wyndmoor Rec Center.

We are a small friendly group that meet twice a week to manifest our potential, creativity and next best actions through reflection, intuition and joy.

The word of the week is: FULLNESS.

How might being thankful for the fullness of what you have be helpful?

Thoughts for reflection:
Take notes ✍🏼for 5 minutes a day, recording things that you are grateful for.
.
What might you be grateful for in advance before it shows up? Might you prepare for the best case scenario and get excited or curious?
.
Acknowledge and thank people everywhere you go, for whatever service, kindness or their presence that has graced your life.
.
Watch what happens. It’s fun to write down what works for you.
.
Peace is a practice. 😊
