Meditation

Meditation expands our capacity for self-awareness, vision and compassion, and is helpful for stress-relief, and wellbeing. The process of meditation strengthens the muscle of being open and curious; learning about your self, the way you think, what’s helpful and what’s not, and what you want.

I have been guiding mindfulness based meditation practices for over 20 years. The culmination of my professionalism and experience helps produce outstanding results mentally, emotionally and physically; including better relationship with one’s self, with loved ones, animals, career choices, grief and loss, breast cancer, sports, injury, competition, self-image and job performance.
