This live online course offers a morning meditation and writing practice to help quiet the mind and nurture authenticity.
Monday’s set your intentions, and Friday’s check in, how was your week? What did you gain or learn?
No prior experience needed—just your curiosity and willingness to show up and expand your awareness and joy.

- Live sessions on Zoom every Monday & Friday, 7:30–8:30 AM EST
