This gentle, mindful Yoga course offers tranquility, flexibility, and strength.

Jennifer offers a holistic, somatic approach to movement and mental and emotional health.

This gentle, mindful Yoga practice offers a holistic approach to movement, mental, and emotional health.

The “be where you are” mindful approach includes:

  • conscious breathing
  • physical alignment, balance, and stretch
  • letting go to relax and restore
  • mindful meditation

Beginners and long-time practitioners are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a blanket (for savasana – final relaxation).

  • Fee: $120 Resident / $130 non-resident (6 sessions)
  • Drop-In (per session): $25 Resident / $27 non-resident
  • Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
