This gentle, mindful Yoga course offers flexibility, balance, and strength.
Jennifer offers a holistic, therapeutic, and somatic approach to movement and mental and emotional health.

This gentle, mindful Yoga practice offers a holistic and therapeutic approach to movement, mental, and emotional health.
Jennifer’s “be where you are” approach is founded in four mindful teachings:
- conscious breathing
- being present
- physical alignment, balance, and stretch
- letting go to relax and restore
Beginners and long-time practitioners are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a blanket (for the final relaxation).

- Fee: $120 Resident / $130 non-resident (6 sessions)
- Drop-In (per session): $25 Resident / $27 non-resident
- Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
