Course Description
This live online course offers a morning meditation and writing practice to help quiet the mind and nurture self-discovery.
Monday, set your intentions, and Friday, take stock: What did you gain or learn? What are you grateful for?
No prior experience needed—just your curiosity and willingness to show up and expand your awareness and joy.

- Live sessions on Zoom every Monday & Friday, 7:30–8:30 AM EST
- A “Word of the Week” to center each week’s focus
