Inspirational Yoga: Space to Pause, Relax & Restore

Do you want a routine to stretch, feel stronger, and more at peace? In this mindful, gentle Yoga course, students love being centered, stronger, and stretching in ways that feel so good and healthy.
Jennifer’s calming, introspective “be where you are” approach, offers:

Beginners and long time practitioners are welcome.
Jennifer Schelter, named “Best of Philly” multiple times, has 26 years of professional experience facilitating yoga, meditation and writing courses and retreats.
Jennifer’s mission is to ensure each student feels comfortable, grounded and present to what feels best for their weekly self-care routine. All levels welcome.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle and a blanket for the final relaxation.
We practice 4 mindful teachings:
– conscious breathing: awareness of the body
– meditation: being intentional & present
– mindful movement: physical alignment, balance and stretch
– relaxation: releasing to restore energy
This yoga class promotes a wholistic, therapeutic approach to the mind-body connection, physical longevity, as well as mental and emotional health.
All levels are welcome.

With 32 years of study, and professional facilitation, Jennifer leads 6-week cohorts on Zoom and private sessions in yoga, meditation, creative writing as well as trainings at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Executive Education and retreats locally, as well as Mexico and Maine. As an artist, writer and teacher, she is passionate about authenticity, creativity, and the art and science of feeling at home in one’s own body.
