This gentle, mindful Yoga practice offers a holistic, therapeutic approach to movement and mental and emotional health.

Jennifer’s “be where you are” approach is founded in four mindful teachings:

  • conscious breathing
  • being present
  • physical alignment, balance, and stretch
  • letting go to relax and restore

Beginners and long-time practitioners are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a blanket (for the final relaxation).

  • Fee: $120 Resident / $130 non-resident (6 sessions)
  • Drop-In (per session): $25 Resident / $27 non-resident
  • Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
