Commissioned Watercolor Paintings

I create commissioned watercolor paintings to honor what you love—a beloved animal, home, garden or items that holds soulful meaning and heart. Watercolor is my favorite medium to emphasize transparency, light, and spirit of character. Each painting will be an intimate, devotional celebration belonging to some aspect of your joy or life story.
The Work
Each commissioned painting is an original watercolor created on archival paper using professional-grade materials. I work from photographs you provide, and when helpful, I may ask a few questions to better understand the spirit of the subject and the intention of the art or what size and space it may find it’s forever home. I accept a limited number of commissions to ensure care, and creative integrity.
Optional additions:
- Archival matting or framing (additional)
- UPS packing & shipping
- Gift inscription or dedication on the back of the painting
The Process
- Begin by sending a brief note describing what you’d like painted. Please include a few clear photographs.
- Acceptance & Deposit – If your project is a good fit, I’ll confirm details and request a deposit ($400) to begin.
- Creation – Paintings are completed within 4–6 weeks
- Completion & Delivery – The remaining balance is due upon completion. Your art can be framed, package and shipped.
Availability
Commissions are currently open and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please specify if the painting is a special gift, Holiday surprise and by when you would need to receive the art.
