The term “Life Coach” makes me itchy and anxious because it conjures up a Self-Help-Guru with big white teeth trying to sell me their “Life System” CD collection.

That’s not the kind of life coach I am.

As your coach, I will facilitate mindful conversations designed to focus and empower your vision or goals. Together, we will strategize your next steps from “I can’t to I can” and create a fulfilling action plan.

The Process:

Step 1.

A complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to discuss the personal retreat/coaching session and determine if this is right for you.

Step 2.

Your Own Personal Retreat: Time For Your Self – What’s Next? What Do You Want? This 2-hour Retreat includes (we design it to fit you!):
Movement – basic yoga poses
Mindfulness focus – basic meditation and breathing
Dialogue – inquiry into what you want and your potential
A personalized report detailing your session
Action plan and milestones towards your goals
