I lead and facilitate coaching conversations for authentic growth and well-being.

How can you manage stress and burnout?

How can you relieve pain, and stay flexible, balanced and strong?

How can you set aside time for moments of inner peace and silence?

How can you let go and develop a positive mindset?

How can you love and accept yourself?

I share the following 6 things in common with my students and clients:

  1. We make the best of the hand we’re dealt. We’ve faced disappointments and loss; and we’ve made it through, and we continue to grow in a genuine way.
  2. We are interested in living a fulfilling, peaceful life, created by our gifts and talents.
  3. We enjoy a trustworthy, safe space where we will be inspired and empowered to achieve our potential.
  4. We want to be healthy, and age with dignity and grace.
  5. We are willing to be responsible for our results, without blame or excuses.
  6. We trust and rely on other professionals or friends to help us succeed and shine.

The students and clients I work with are intelligent, wise, and always on the go. A successful, prosperous life is a lot to manage, schedule, and process. We all need support along the way. It’s natural.

I have the joy, and privilege of being part of my clients’ and students’ lives. I am there through the good and the hard times. Our journey is one of non-judgment, love and acceptance, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to serve, guide and inspire.
