Are you curious about mindfulness and creativity for authenticity and growth?
Have you ever wanted to record your experiences, write a book or have a safe space to support more long-term writing work?
This monthly writing group explores the powerful and playful connection between mindfulness, meditation, personal narrative, journal or memoir writing. The purpose of this group will be to provide on-going consistency to support more long-term work.
The group will:

• Face the inner critic and judge
• Write for clarity, personal discovery or a larger project
• Tap into your authentic voice
This workshop is both for beginners to mindfulness and writing and those who have been
dabbling and practicing the art of writing. The group is explorative, generative and
revisionary, and is especially helpful for those who have not written for a while or have
