Yoga Class

A 4 week Yoga workshop for longevity, strength, flexibility and stability.

We will study and practice the value of physical posture and mental alignment to gain:

Core Strength · Flexibility · Balance · Breathing (pranayama) · Mindfulness meditation & mindsets
